Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and data for the Bill Reminder & Tracker - Easy app, developed by Appstorehouse.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@billreminder.app from the email address you use in the app.
2. Use the subject "Delete my account".
3. We may reply to confirm that the request comes from you.
4. Once confirmed, we delete your account and data and let you know by email when it is done.

You can also uninstall the app at any time, but this alone does not delete the data we store about you. To have it deleted, send the request described above.

Data that is deleted

• Your email address.
• The account and app data associated with it, such as the bills and reminders you created.

Data that may be kept

• Anonymous crash reports collected through Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase. This data is not linked to your email address and is retained according to the providers' own policies.
• Copies of your data in backups are removed as the backups expire, within 30 days of your request.

Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.
